Sinonasal Hemangiopericytomas are rare Uncommon Soft Tissue Tumor of perivascular myoid differentiation with hemangio- pericytoma-like vasculature. The clinical behaviour of the tumor is difficult to predict and surgical excision remains the treatment of choice. We present one such case of Sinonasal Hemangiopericytoma operated at our centre recently.

Chronic Medical Condition is a condition that last longer than one year or more, requires ongoing medical attention and limit activi- ties of daily living. Among these conditions in sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) are epilepsy, diabetes mellitus, Human Immunodeficiency Virus infections bronchial asthma, chronic liver disease and others. Cognitive decline could be present in about 60% of patients with chronic medical conditions especially older adults and those with multiple comorbidities.

Medicinal Plants were widely used in medicines since ancient times. In India, hibiscus, also known as Hibiscus rosa sinensis L (H rosa sinensis), is used as a herb in Ayurvedic or complementary medicine to treat colds, promote wound healing, soothe injured or irritated tissue, and revitalise the skin. The flowering plant is an upright annual with lobed leaves, vivid flowers, and woody branches. It contains crimson flowers that are followed by capsules and a fleshy, enlarged, and vividly red calyx. Herbal medicines use the fresh and dried epicalyces and calyces. Antioxidant, androgen-like anticonvulsant, and hypoglycemic H rosa sinensis properties have been noted. The leaves of this plant are used in traditional medicine to treat diarrhoea and dysentery.

The study aimed to assess the extent to which Pakistani seeking infertility treatment perceived themselves as stigmatized. We exam- ined, how women with primary and secondary infertility differed in perceived QoL. A cross sectional study, using purposive sampling technique was used to gather data comprising of (N = 122) women seeking treatment for primary and secondary infertility from different hospitals and fertility centers of the Lahore. Assessment measures included; Demographic and Clinical Information Sheet, Infertility Stigma Scale (ISS) Fu., et al, (2014), Infertility Distress Scale (IDS) Akyuz, Gurhan and Baklr (2008) and Fertility Quality of Life (FertiQol) Human Reproduction and Embryology and American Society of Reproductive Medicine. The findings revealed that most of the women with primary infertility (40.2%) in this sample felt stigmatized.
